Hi, my name is Tracey Ahrens, I’m a certified Practical Homeopath®, consultant and educator.  My passion is teaching people how to use homeopathy for themselves and their families, because I’ve seen the remarkable results in my own life.  The freedom that comes from living without fear of the next illness. I was once where you are today, suffering with life changing illnesses.  My food sensitivities had gotten so bad, I was only able to eat 4 things, without suffering extreme stomach pains, so I didn’t even want to eat!  I also had Hypothyroidism, so I felt completely exhausted all the time.  Just taking a shower in the morning left me no energy for the rest of the day.  These problems had literally taken control of my life and I desperately needed to get it back.  I was sick and tired of living this way, literally!

I realized that the doctors couldn’t make it better, their only tool was covering up the symptoms with drugs.  I didn’t want to take their drugs; I knew that would only lead to more problems! 

So, in a last-ditch effort, I turned to homeopathy and I never looked back.  I took a course called Good Gut, Bad Gut from Joette Calabrese.  I applied what I learned to working on my food sensitivities.  Homeopathy worked so well that I decided to enroll in the Academy of Practical Homeopathy® and I graduated in 2025.  Now, my food sensitives are almost completely gone, no more extreme stomach pains, I can eat whatever I want, and I no longer need any medication for Hypothyroidism.  I have lots of energy and I feel great!
